Keslie's academic journey commenced with her graduating with honors from the University of Denver, followed by her legal studies at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. Post-law school, Keslie embarked on an extraordinary expedition to McMurdo Station in Antarctica, dedicating a year to supporting scientific research initiatives under the U.S. Antarctic Program. Upon her return to Colorado and after acclimatizing, she resumed her legal career on the Western Slope, embarking on her professional path as an attorney.

Outside the legal arena, Keslie is an avid outdoor enthusiast, frequently exploring the wilderness with her two miniature Australian Shepherds. Her passion for nature is only matched by her love for woodworking, reading, and culinary exploration, activities that she turns to during inclement weather, sharing these moments with close ones.
